Personality & Behavior

The Personality and behavioral assessments provide insights into how a candidate’s personal attributes make him or her suitable for a position. This thorough evaluation reveals both if the candidate can do the job, as well as if they will do the job.


Career Interest Inventory

The Career Interest Inventory assessment has 71 questions. It provides direct feedback to the individual as to how his or her strengths align with one or more jobs. These interests are compared directly to the U.S. Department of Labor O*Net database to determine the degree of fit to specific job families. Results can vary, but usually show the jobs most likely to be a good fit, as well as jobs that are most likely to be a poor fit for the individual.

Brainbench, a PreVisor company, offers a valuable job role certification program, covering today's in-demand IT job functions. Developed using the O*NET classification system of the U.S. Department of Labor, a Brainbench job certification gives individuals the edge in a competitive labor market.

Employers can use Brainbench certifications to test current or future employees’ for their knowledge and IT skills to determine needed skill development and training.
