- Determine the appropriate methodologies to be used to meet the objectives of the study;
- Define the different data requirements to support the business impact studies;
- Identify the data analysis and statistical tools to be used;
- Quote examples of RPI studies across industries; and
- Draft a proposal for a business impact study.
