Creating a positive workplace goes beyond developing emotional intelligence. It also requires leaders, teams, and organizations to build systems that encourage accountability, trust, and better decision-making.

As part of its 20th Anniversary Complimentary Webinar Series, Assessment Analytics, Inc. (AAI) continued its celebration by presenting the webinar, "BEYOND EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE: Building Better Workplace Behavior".

The session was led by Sunny Rae Fragante, CLDP®, Founder and Principal Consultant of IlluminHR, who shared key perspectives on building better workplace behavior by strengthening both leadership and the systems that shape everyday actions and decisions.

The webinar explored how workplace behavior is influenced not only by individual emotional intelligence but also by leadership practices, organizational systems, and company culture. Participants learned how clear expectations and well-designed processes help promote accountability, collaboration, and better decision-making.

One of the key highlights of the session was understanding how organizational systems influence workplace culture. Participants also explored effective approaches to creating environments where positive behaviors are encouraged and sustained, helping both employees and organizations succeed.

By the end of the session, attendees developed a deeper understanding of how to strengthen leadership, improve workplace behavior, and create a culture where people and organizations can thrive together.
