The session was facilitated by Arthaland’s Vice President for Strategic Human Resource and Admin Services, Leng Fajardo, an experienced HR practitioner, and provided participants with practical frameworks and tools for developing future-ready leaders and ensuring organizational continuity.
The webinar introduced succession planning as an important process in preparing employees for key roles within the organization to support business continuity and future growth. Participants learned how organizations can identify critical positions, assess employee performance and potential, and develop future leaders through structured succession planning practices.
The discussion also highlighted the importance of aligning succession planning with the company’s long-term goals and future workforce needs. Participants explored practical tools and methods, including leadership assessments and the 9-Box Grid, to help identify employees with strong leadership potential based on their ability, aspiration, and commitment.
The session reinforced the value of leadership development and talent preparation in today’s changing workplace. Overall, the program provided helpful insights for leaders and HR professionals looking to strengthen their succession planning efforts and build a strong pipeline of future-ready leaders.
