Assessment Analytics, Inc. treated its team to a well-deserved travel incentive in Vietnam last June 13–15, 2025. It was a refreshing and fun break for everyone - a chance to explore new places, try new food, and enjoy each other’s company outside of work.
The trip started in Hanoi, where the team visited popular spots like the One Pillar Pagoda, St. Joseph Cathedral, Hoan Kiem Lake, Ngoc Son Temple, and the busy Old Quarter. One of the most exciting stops was Train Street, where trains pass through a narrow street lined with small cafés. The group also got to taste delicious Vietnamese food - pho, spring rolls, and a lot of street snacks that everyone loved.
After exploring Hanoi, the team traveled to Sapa, where they went on a short trek in Cat Cat Village and enjoyed the cool weather and beautiful mountain views. Many of them spent the evening at Sapa’s night market, where they tried local treats, including a tasty Banh Mi sandwich that quickly became a crowd favorite.
Before heading home, they visited Moana Sapa for scenic views and great photo spots. A highlight of the trip was when 12 out of the 21 team members challenged themselves to climb Fansipan; also known as the Roof of Indochina. Reaching the top was a proud and memorable moment for everyone involved.
The whole trip was filled with laughter, good food, amazing views, and moments of connection. It was a celebration of everyone’s hard work throughout 2024 and a reminder of what the team can achieve when they work together.
This unforgettable experience was made possible by the collective efforts of the AAI team. And as they look ahead to another milestone in 2025, there's one goal: to work together, to gather, and to get there... maybe to another amazing destination!
