AAI Team Building 2026: Strengthening Vision, Living Our Values

Last February 6, 2026, the Assessment Analytics, Inc. (AAI) team gathered at Casa DLF for our annual Team Building - a meaningful day of reflection, collaboration, and reconnection!
With Ms. Rica Uy as our resource speaker, the session guided the team through activities designed not only to energize, but also to realign us with who we are and where we are going as an organization.
The day began with norm-setting and icebreakers, creating a safe and open space for everyone. Through interactive activities such as Human Boggle, Moonwalk, and reflective group exercises like the VMV Circle, we revisited AAI’s Vision, Mission, and Values.
One of the highlights of the session was reflecting three key learnings about ourselves, about others, and about the skills and knowledge we continue to build together at AAI. The “New Year Wishes” and “My Gift” activities further strengthened appreciation within the team, reminding us that beyond strategies and targets, our greatest asset is our people.
More than just a team-building event, the day served as a renewed commitment to embody our values daily and to move forward with clarity, unity, and purpose.
As we celebrate our 20th year, this gathering reminded us that leadership in talent strategy begins within our own team!
