On July 11, Day 4 of the Jollibee Group RM Bootcamp brought the week to a close with a full agenda that blended strategy, personal growth, and executive insight.
Participants kicked off the day by delivering their Main Business Case Presentations — the culmination of four days of preparation, teamwork, and learning. Each group presented their recommendations to a panel of Jollibee Group executives and assessors, putting their leadership skills to the test, along with key capabilities in Quality Management, Sales and Profit Management, Crisis Management, Network Development, and Franchise Management.
Adding to the significance of the day, Joseph C. Tanbuntiong, Chief Executive Officer of Jollibee Group Philippines and Head of Jollibee Brand Global, made time to observe several group presentations — a powerful affirmation of the importance of the Bootcamp and the potential of its participants.
This was followed by a session on Executive Presence, facilitated by Jennie Verano, an expert consultant from Assessment Analytics, Inc. Jennie helped participants explore how leaders show up — how they communicate presence, inspire confidence, and influence others through tone, posture, and intention.
The program continued with the completion of each participant’s Individual Development Plan (IDP) — a reflective and forward-looking activity that encouraged self-awareness and commitment to growth.
To cap off the day, participants joined a Fireside Chat with Jollibee Group leaders. Seated in small groups with executives, they engaged in open conversations about leadership experiences, early roles, failure and recovery, mentorship, and advice for aspiring leaders. The dialogue was honest, insightful, and deeply relevant to their own leadership journeys.
The Bootcamp concluded with closing remarks from Ruth Angeles, CHRO of JFC Philippines and concurrent HR Head of Jollibee International, who spearheaded the creation of the program. Her pride in the Restaurant Managers was unmistakable — a powerful reminder of what happens when leaders invest in the next generation.
We extend our sincere thanks to the Jollibee Group for the opportunity to partner on this meaningful initiative, and we warmly congratulate Rachel Paulma for leading a Bootcamp that was both high-impact and deeply empowering.
Together, we are shaping a new generation of restaurant leaders — future-ready, values-driven, and performance-focused.
