Jollibee Group RM Bootcamp Day 1: Kicked Off with Impact!

Yesterday, July 8, Restaurant Managers from Jollibee Group’s Philippine brands came together for Day 1 of the Bootcamp — launching a week of powerful learning and collaboration in partnership with Assessment Analytics, Inc.

The first day featured deep-dive sessions on:

✅ Sales & Marketing Strategies

✅ Profit Management Fundamentals


These sessions were expertly delivered by Jollibee Group’s own leaders, who shared best practices, insights, and tools to drive business performance across the restaurant network.


To deepen the learning and encourage practical application, Assessment Analytics, Inc. facilitated a hands-on Sales & Profit Management Activity, allowing participants to put theory into practice.


Participants engaged actively throughout the day, exchanging ideas, tackling business challenges together, and reflecting on how to align their work with Jollibee Group’s growth goals.
