Assessment Analytics, Inc. Celebrates 20 Years with a Special Anniversary Trip to Hong Kong!

In 2026, Assessment Analytics, Inc. (AAI) proudly marks its 20th anniversary—a milestone that reflects two decades of partnerships, growth, and commitment to helping organizations make smarter talent decisions.

To celebrate the occasion, AAI organized a special anniversary trip to Hong Kong from March 7–10, 2026, bringing together employees, consultants, and members of the board for a memorable few days of appreciation, bonding, and celebration.

The trip began with a city tour that featured some of Hong Kong’s well-known landmarks, including Victoria Peak, Avenue of Stars, and the scenic West Kowloon Cultural District, giving the group a chance to explore the city together.

One of the highlights of the celebration was the AAI 20th Anniversary Dinner, held at Peking Garden. The evening brought everyone together to commemorate two decades of work, collaboration, and shared accomplishments. It was a meaningful opportunity to celebrate the people who have been part of AAI’s journey—from its early years to where the organization is today.

Another memorable part of the trip was spending a full day at Hong Kong Disneyland, which is also celebrating its 20th anniversary this year. The timing made the visit even more special, as both milestones were celebrated in the same year.

Throughout the four-day trip, the group enjoyed exploring Hong Kong, sharing meals, and creating new memories together. More than anything, the celebration served as a chance to pause and appreciate the community that has helped shape AAI over the past two decades.

As AAI celebrates its 20th year, the company looks forward to continuing its work with organizations across industries—supporting better hiring, stronger leadership development, and more effective talent strategies.
