On March 1, 2023, Safeway Philtech Inc. had an online assessment for their leaders in partnership with Assessment Analytics. Over 100 participants took part in this project where they used SHL's flagship assessment, OPQ or Occupational Personality Questionnaire to identify the strengths and developmental areas of their leaders, which will be used as their basis for designing leadership programs.
